We’re excited to announce a major step in our long-standing collaboration with the « Microsatellite Instability and Cancer » research team at Saint-Antoine Research Center.
MSInsight is co-supervising a new CIFRE PhD thesis, carried out by Balthazar RAFFY and jointly supervised by Philippe Le Rouzic, Alex Duval, and Toky Ratovomanana.
🔬 This industrial research partnership will leverage machine learning and an exceptional sequencing dataset to advance Microsatellite Instability cancer diagnostics – with the additional support of the Sorbonne Center for Artificial Intelligence (SCAI with Malik MOUAZER, Masoud NAVIDI) for computational resources and AI expertise.
This collaboration is made possible with the support of the ANRT – Association Nationale de la Recherche et de la Technologie through the CIFRE program, which fosters innovation by connecting industry and academic research.
