🎉 Welcome, Balthazar RAFFY, to the MSInsight Team! 🎉
We’re thrilled to announce that Balthazar has joined MSInsight as a Bioinformatics Engineer. With an impressive dual engineering background in computer science (EFREI Paris) and biology (EBI – Ecole de Biologie Industrielle), Balthazar brings a unique interdisciplinary expertise to our mission.
During his academic journey, Balthazar specialized in bioinformatics and completed a double-degree program in partnership with EBI. For his M2 internship, he joined Alex Duval’s team at CRSA, where he contributed to deploying innovative methods for generating descriptive metrics from sequencing data. His work focused on identifying DNA and RNA biomarkers predictive of cancer prognosis, particularly for MSI cancers.
At MSInsight, Balthazar will leverage his expertise to conduct advanced bioinformatics analyses for MSI cancer diagnostics and support the development of technical scientific documentation.
